How It Works

1. Submit Your Request
Provide details and upload photos or a short video walkthrough.
2. Assessment & Defined Scope
We review your submission and respond within two business days.
If appropriate, we schedule a $225 site assessment to properly evaluate and define the work.
3. Execute With Oversight
The project proceeds as a defined service visit. For projects requiring multiple trade professionals, a reasonable coordination fee is applied.

The goal is clarity before work begins.
Note: This $500 fee covers the coordination and bidding of specialized licensed trade partners, like plumbers or electricians.
