Welcome to the Evolutn

Hello Cleveland! (An inside joke for you Spinal Tap fans out there)

Hello World!

I’d like to introduce you to the Evolutn. I’ve been working hard with my good friends Brady and Joe along with my lovely wife Kelly to create this website. We think it looks great, but it’s a work in progress. We plan to continually add interesting content as we develop our site.

We want to share with you our vision for what a homebuilding and remodeling company can be. For the most part residential construction is pretty archaic. Some contractors idea of high tech is a fax machine. That ain’t us! Our clients are typically comfortable with their computer, smartphone and cool apps that help them organize their time and tasks- we get it and we use these tools to interact with them and to run our business.

We believe in transparency. Through our unique My Project Journal client portal we document progress daily through photos. You can check in while you’re at work or on vacation. Share your project with your friends and family around the world. Ask questions and get answers.

We are on time. Nothing drives us nuts more than excuses, delays and general lack of organization. You need to be able to plan your life and we know your idea of living isn’t the never ending project or dealing with a no-account contractor. We schedule the job in advance. We post that schedule and we distribute the schedule to all stakeholders (subs, suppliers) on the project so they know when they are expected to be on the job – well in advance. They appreciate the advance notice and work hard to keep their promise- and they don’t want to let the next guy down!

These are just a few of the things we’re working on. Check back often to learn more as we add to our site.

We’d love to hear from those of you with questions or comments!
